The larger wires and jaw of the Heavy Duty Smart Clamps allow a much better connection to the vehicles battery terminals. They have a stronger clamping force and transfer the electrical current much better. Additionally these clamps have 5 built-in safety protections like our other clamps including reverse polarity protection, back-charge protection, short-circuit protection and more.
